PLASMA AND LASER CUTTING

Our Ficep I-Beam Profiler with the stat of the art multi axis CNC Plasma allows us to provide precise material preparation, reducing fit up and welding times and improving our products’ quality. It handles up to 48” deep by 24” beams and thicknesses up to 2-1/2”.

Our Amada Laser Machine gives our products superb finish, it’s capable of processing up to 1/2” thick material.

These Plasma and Laser equipment include nesting capabilities for maximum material optimization, helping us to offer better prices and lower costs for our customers.
