HISTORY

We started from scratch back in 1995 when a customer of our partner Transportation Company asked if we could manufacture Trailer Kits with the steel tubing that was being transported for them.

It was the first step in our history, we did not have any building or manufacturing equipment, but asked a third party to help us manufacture the products that our customer needed. We did not make any profit with those products, but this opportunity laid the foundation for an organization that is always looking for new manufacturing challenges and willing to learn during the process. After we saw that business was steady, we decided to invest in our first building and then we up fitted it with personnel and equipment. From Trailer Kits we expanded to Truck Beds, Truck Bodies and Flatbed Trailers.

When the opportunity arose to manufacture Enclosures, we bought a brand new Amada Laser machine that helped give our products superb quality and finish.

Shortly after that, a Skid Manufacturing opportunity emerged. Since our building was not equipped with the necessary lifting capacity, we started our fourth building project with lifting capacity in mind. We were going to make sure we did not come short on it and constructed a building capable of using three 25 ton cranes for a total lifting capacity of 75 metric tons.

Always willing to offer more fabrication options to our customers, we then got certified for ASME Section VIII Division 1 U Stamp for Boilers and Pressure Vessels manufacturing.

Our latest project in the search for efficiency and quality is the purchase of a brand new Robot, an Italian FICEP I-Beam Profiler with the state of the art multi axis CNC plasma to help us in the fabrication process by reducing times and improving quality.

Along these years we have established strategic partnerships to provide Post Weld Heat Treatment and Metalworking Machining to complement our manufacturing processes. Please enquire about are strategic partnerships capabilities.

We have been able to grow through the same quality and delivery you would expect but at a more competitive cost.

We look forward to having the opportunity to demonstrate our capacities.

Our combination of high quality fabrication with in house cross border transportation makes us a powerful competitive force in the Steel Fabrication.
